Detailed Description

Intel(tm) heatsink assembly designed for Xeon (tm) processors. Package comes with a 3-1/2” X 2-1/2” X 2” Alluminum/Copper finned heatsink, mounting brackets, thermal compound, “Wind Tunnel” air flow director and 12VDC, 2-3/8” sq. fan.
